Several years ago we met Tom at the Holy Family hospital in Methuen. He had a display booth with all types of insurance and we asked about Medicare planning. He explained the Tufts health plan to us and was very informative in doing so. We have been going to him every year  since then to be updated on what is new and what would be the best fit for us. We find him very informative and cordial. We would recommend him to anyone who is unsure on what insurance is best for them.
